1. Liability

The Utah Association for the Deaf assumes no responsibility for the contents of any announcement posted by any person, group or organizations outside of its organization.  In no event shall the UAD be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from loss of use, date or profits arising out of or in connection with the posting of any information posted on this site.

4. Endorsement

Before a request is made to the UAD moderator to post an announcement, the UAD Announce committee members must approve the announcement.  The name of the person and the email address will be posted at the beginning of the announcement so that people can ask for more information.  No anonymous announcements will be accepted.
