1995
1. David Coombs for his contributions to the continuing development of the successful Telecommunication Relay Service for the deaf in Utah.
2. Carol Croyle in recognition for her work with the "Deaf Connection" bringing the deaf community and hearing parents of deaf children together.
3. The Deaf Mentor Project in recognition for the valuable contributions that this project has had and will have on the future empowerment of young deaf children. (presented to Paula Pittman)
4. Kay Curtis for her many years of serving as the state director of the Miss Deaf Utah Pageant.
5. Shanna Mortensen in recognition for her long patience with 22 years of giving much background support to her husband (Dave Mortensen).
1997
1. Utah Athletic Club of the Deaf...sports club 50 years and still going; received by UACD Secretary Nancy O'Brien
2. Cache Valley Athletic Club of the Deaf...first sports club in Cache Valley in northern Utah; received by founders, Ricky and Petra Rose.
3. Deaf Heritage Library & Cultural Center in Utah County...received by DHLCC President, Caralee Crye.
4. NXi Communications...improving electronic technology enabling the deaf to communicate over the phone: received by NXi President Tom McLaughlin.
5. Channel 13 Fox..."real time" captioning of the evening news.
6. Channel 2 KUTV..."real time" captioning of the evening news.
7. Channel 4 KTVX..."real time" captioning of the evening news.
1999
1. Dr. Robert Sanderson...in recognition of his long time service, committment and loyalty to the Utah Association for the Deaf.
2. The Employees of the Utah Relay Service...for their committment and service to the Utah Deaf Community from 1987 to 1999.
3. Utah Deaf Education and Literacy, Inc....in recognition of their efforts in establishing the Jean Massieu School (a charter school).
4. Jean Thomas...in recognition of her dedication and professional service to educational interpreting.
5. Petra Rose...in recognition of her dedication, advocacy and advancement of American Sign Language in education.
2002
1. UACD Women's Basketball Team - for their outstanding performance at the USADB National Basketball Tournament in Indianapolis - Andrea Anderson accepted the award on behalf of the UACD Women's Basketball Team.
2. Utah Deaf Women's Camp - for its many years of service to Utah deaf women - Illene Kinner accepted the award on behalf of Utah Deaf Women's Camp.
3. Sprint - for providing excellent relay service and support of the Deaf Community in Utah - Mark Tauscher accepted the award on behalf of Sprint.
4. Rod Fifield - for his support and advocacy to meet the needs of deaf patients at McKay Dee Hospital Center.
5. Gerry Adair - for his support and advocacy of the Utah Community Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
6. Eli McCowan - for giving her time and heart to enhance UCCDHH programs.
2004
1. Joe Zeidner - For advocacy on behalf of Jean Massieu School.
2. Osmond Crosby - For his advocacy in deaf education and introduction of cued speech in Utah.
3. UACD Men Softball Team - For their historic first softball championship at the NWAAD softball tournament.
4. USDB Academic Bowl Team - For their historic first appearance at the 2004 Western Regional Academic Bowl.
5. Popcorn Coalition - For their advocacy efforts on behalf of Deaf and Hard of Hearing citizens of Utah.
